As commented in the previous writing, I have got a response to my inquiry on the rejected paper from the States. The PC chair kindly extended his analysis on our paper; the concern of their conference doesn't fit in the core topic of our manuscript. When I once got an email inquiry from a contributor to my edited book about the reason of rejection, we talked on for two to three days by email. Finally, the person understood the basis of my judgment with the word, "Thank you". I was very happy to do that. Again, I'm very happy to find others sharing the same feeling. Thank God. Praise Lord.
