I have got an approval of our proposal of special session in the coming IEEE SMC 2012 in Seoul, Korea. This is earlier than I expected their clearance of requirements on it. I am excited to organize this new direction for the IJOCI community.
I wander my bio-inspired algorithm might work well to manage wireless congestion after release of smart phones around the world. That Lazy Ant Congestion Control has a nice suggestion to the issue.
