The proceedings of an IEEE flagship conference held in 2018 contains 2,368 pages in its content. Its 2019 title held in China does 3,292 pages; And, 2020 held online does 3,171 pages. I'm afraid that the rate of acceptance should have been deteriorated by adding the huge number of papers in the proceedings.
