An int'l conference is held in December, and its camera ready due is very close. Although it is a renowned site for publication, I've not been noticed yet on the review task, that is expected to be completed very soon. What's going on this year? I guess that the latest update of plagiarism requirements by IEEE has obviously made a great impact on a volume of submission to even IEEE flagship conferences. And, many prospective contributors are highly selective for sites of their submission. I was worried that something bad would happen to academia with the stupid decision this year. It has become this reality.
