In Osaka, Japan, people are reopening gambling business before official easing of the state of emergency. This is done by gambling shops without any consent with Osaka local gov't that is willing not to lift the local state of emergency until around mid May. Osaka governor tries to enforce the order over those gamble shops, but nobody obeys him anymore. People's power goes forward against Gov't here in Japan much more radically than Americans under Trump administration. Next year's national and local elections would make Japan changing very much different from the past. We are to see dynamic change of this country and industry right now.
