A big storm has gone through Japan's islands from south to north. 1.6 million people have been alarmed to evacuate around the state. But, nothing serious has happened around me. Anchorpersons frantically shout and warned hourly, however people were relatively calm and knew what to do. I really hate those shouting guys on TV programs in the case of emergency warning. It has become worse after the 311 great quake. Shouting makes nothing better for warning.
