Springer's Author Site reports to me that my paper has been cited recently. That paper was published in 2011, which was based on my presentation about time-constraint in gaming theory in 2007. The paper that cited my paper discussed how they build a simulation model for drought preparedness and adaptation.

I've not imagined that my paper could endow them with a suggestive scheme in the area of weather and climate control. You can read their paper in Elsevier's Weather and Climate Extremes Journal. See Harvey Hill, Monica Hadarits, Richard Rieger, Graham Strickert, Evan Davies, Kaitlin M.
