Springer's Author Site reports to me that my paper has been cited recently. That paper was published in 2011, which was based on my presentation about time-constraint in gaming theory in 2007. The paper that cited my paper discussed how they build a simulation model for drought preparedness and adaptation.
I've not imagined that my paper could endow them with a suggestive scheme in the area of weather and climate control. You can read their paper in Elsevier's Weather and Climate Extremes Journal.
