The radioactive-contaminated water keeps leaking from not only the underground of the Fukushima-Diaichi nuclear power plants but also from the tanks that put the water in them. The accident level of the water leak is elevated to Level III today from Level I, that was reported just yesterday. The two-year-before incident was graded Level VII, that is equivalent to the Chernobyl disaster. Today's authority report means the official recognition of the serious disaster keep-going without any good means to ease it. Do the places around the site really recover to the past safety?
