The current health problem has made me unavailable to attend at the coming IEEE SMC 2012 that is to be held next week. I am sorry not to let you know you contributors by email on it; it is very tough for me to type so many mails currently. My doctor gives me nitroglycerin tablets which save my life. Harassment by some faculty members in my University is still going on in Japan. Anyway, I need time to organize things around me. I thank you for understanding these situations before me.
