I finally realized why HFL is negative to IEEE SMC Conferences. I had nice experiences with SA, ET, AS, in Istanbul, Alaska, where we enjoyed pretty good papers and presentations. Their handling was in those two conferences awesome and very thoughtful. However, this time all the accumulation or improvement effort by them has been abandoned. I've just got an offer from IEEE CIS to serve at their task force. It is good timing to transit for far better places to work.
