I did not post about dishes I enjoyed here in Ostrava. Every morning, I enjoy breakfast served daily. Two thin Rye breads, an egg and a sausage, a piece of cheese and ham with tomatoes, paprika, cucumbers. After having the nice stuff, I enjoy a cup of tea. In my youth days, these fresh foods were not avaialble in Czech, even in Prague. Time has changed. Beato Papa John Paul II opened the door of Eastern Europe that came back to the World, finally. Around noon, I go to Menza 5 that is a diner of the campus. This is a great place you can enjoy very tasty dishes daily. Today, I chose fried mushrooms and potatoes as a main. Side menu is sour cabbages. And, a dessert is a Chesky cookies with cream! All these taste really nice. People at the Menza are friendly and helpful; I really thank them.
