This morning, I have again set my hand on the Holy Bible and sworn as following: 
"I do solemnly swear that I will support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of New York, and that I will faithfully discharge the duties of an attorney and counselor at law according to the best of my ability. So help me God." 

That is the same oath when I swore before God at the swearing ceremony in The Third Department of The New York State Supreme Court in Albany in a heavy snowing day twenty six years ago.

I do the best of my ability to support the Constitutions and to battle against the Evils that I face at present.

I won't back down if the enemy is a government.
