During these two weeks, Tokyo and its surrounding area have not enjoyed any drop of rain fall and it is always around 100 F at noon and in the evening. My garden looks like a desert, literally speaking. I've never seen such that landscape in my youth. The elder generation who survived WWII told me that they experienced a very hot and long summer during the wartime. However, I have not expected to see it in my eyes. We stay home and close shutters and turn on all air-conditioners all the day. When does this crazy weather change here?
