The alert of blackouts in Tokyo and East Japan regions was lifted one hour ago. It was scary because I had to use my laptop during this evening. I had charged a second battery in the afternoon. I believe everybody had done the same thing with me here in Tokyo. Isn't that a bad idea to have issued such a sudden alert without enough time for preparation? Anyway, now I feel free to write this diary. But, something bad might happen this summer surely.
