Last night, a Japanese Buddhist monk called for prayer of extermination of Putin and Russian army. I would not think Vatican should do the same thing, however, Pope have done something more realistic, such as financial sanctions through Vatican financial services against Russia. Pope is also counted as a head of state on the globe.
