IEEE SSCI 2021 Secretariat announces that it has 371 presentations in total. However, I've not received as a reviewer any single paper written about particle swarm optimization or artificial life, swarm intelligence this time. Where did manuscripts go? Otherwise, were any papers not submitted this year under those topics? I've no idea what is going on this conference, really.
