Tokyo and its surrounding areas enjoy October-like warm days this weak. It is very pleasant so that many people go out on the streets. The number of COVID cases is still lowest ever since the pandemic. Reasons behind the situation are argued, but any proper descriptions have not been given yet. I'm much more cautious than others on the coming wave of pandemic in winter. Lower air temperature should stimulate the spread of the virus, and something unwanted would be brought to the situation. Now, the time is a transition from a phase to another phase, surely.
