I reported a criminal case in our community this morning. It's an unauthorized use of farm, that is a serious crime with a sanction of up-to three years sentence in jail here in Japan. The guy committed that felony is a very notorious old guy, who was arrested in his youth for sexual assaults. A bad guy never returns to a good path even after sanction and correction and aging.
