I found Magnolia sieboldii K.Koch subsp. japonica K.Ueda - 'Oh-yama Ren-ge' in Japanese have a red-purple fruit in my south yard. I've never seen the fruit of that species. It is a Japanese original species, and faces a danger of extinction. I really thank God to allow me to enjoy this nice gift!
