After the pandemic, you often see mentally-challenged ones on streets in a community, here in Tokyo and the surrounding regions. Those ones had shown symptoms before the pandemic, that became worse later. Most are not serious, but some are really dangerous to harm others critically. Two man slaughter cases happened last night in the center of Tokyo. A stabbing murder and an acid-liquid murder were those cases. Really disgusting.
