It's the midsummer; everything shines under a blue sky. What a nice weather it is even in the middle of a rainy season, here in Tokyo!  Last night, the rail transportation system was down due to a technical problem in the center of Tokyo. Today, it has been recovered, and everything goes as usual. Such huge troubles often happen these two years just before the pandemic began. After the pandemic, Tokyo should face another systematic problem hidden behind the current crisis.
