In 2020, IEEE CEC and SSCI have abandoned PSO sessions from their series. I finally understood that drastically negative change of recent review process for papers that discuss PSO algorithms. PSO algorithms are included in deep learning for tuning hyper-parameters. I cannot accept what they have decided to remove PSO sessions from their series of conferences.
