IEEE SSCI 2020 has moved into the form of fully virtual conference, and extended its due date for submission of all papers until the late August. And, it resets the notification of status on the late September. I've been very much worried about a short period of time for review that would have contributors difficult to accept decisions on their papers. In my experience, there was no exception for review results with such that short period of review process without controvercial consequences among both accepted and rejected contributors on site of and outside conferences. The worst one had just eight days between its closiong of submission and notice of decision. It's a very recent conference in 2020. You are easy to guess what a shameful review has been included in such that review process. SSCI extended the date of notification with a proper period of time.
