A cold shower washes greens in my south yard this morning, here in Tokyo. I feel very chilly today even at noon. But, a thin blue-purple flower of Bletilla striata, hyacinth orchid in English, has blossomed in my north east yard. I brought here this very rare color almost six years ago. Every year it adds nice blue flowers to my tiny garden. I love this gift from God, really.
