Today is the second day after the state of emergency in Tokyo. Social distancing has not been accepted in the surrounding areas of Tokyo. The Gov't is to elevate a step of the state of emergency as soon as it confirms that nothing should have changed on spread of the coronavirus during two weeks since announcement of the state of emergency. We might have been too optimistic on people's self-discipline.
