Tokyo Gov. has just spoke to correspondences that she was worried about the situation of spread inside Tokyo metropolitan area and very cautious about it for three weeks from now on. She added that Tokyo would like to avoid lock-down under the current situation, however she was afraid that it might be an option for future battles against the pandemic.
