This January was full of surprise about weather in Tokyo. Someday it is really hot alike in Summer; other days it is chilly but not snowing. That kind of weather happened periodically, and this year looks really strange and different from the past ones. What is different? This year is very wet all days even in January. Tokyo's winter is dry: that is my experience since childhood. Everything is strange this year.
