Japan's health minister announced a short agenda that described a set of measures against Wuhan China coronavirus. The agenda is based on a fact that Japan faces an unexperienced phase of rapid spread of a killing virus. Some mutually independent clusters of victims of the virus are reported from north to south: Hokkaido, Tokyo, Kanagawa, Nagoya, and Wakayama. The situation is very uncertain, and is developing toward unpredictable events. A good news is the number of death toll is somehow low, compared with other countries at the present. This week and next week must be very difficult for all of us to battle against this creeping enemy from behind.
