It had been dry under a blue sky all days during January two to three years before in Tokyo. Now, weather forecast is not reliable since last year. Weather changes very frequently: it was shiny this morning, and suddenly began to rain at noon. In my childhood, Tokyo is very much dry during winter. But, you cannot rely this afternoon's weather forecast. Climate change is very much dynamic these days, really. In my tiny yards, a cherry tree doesn't have a bulb this year because of last summer's heat. It's something different from past years.
