I served several interrogatories on a civil case, last week; the defendant has never responded to them. I have decided that we should move for an immediate ruling for us - the plaintiff - on the case this week. We are fighting in a courthouse during these two years on that case. And, everything behind the case has been crystal clear before the eyes of everybody who has been involved in this case. This case is full of lies, betrays, physical tortures, criminal and moral sins of the defendant and her family. It is really disgusting. A victim who was alleged in the docket of the case has tuned out not a victim but a constituent of the crime by the defendant. We will show that fact in our final petition before the court. Everything is clear under blue sky. But, everything is miserable on the ground.
