A recent cyclone alert says that Greater Tokyo area should be prepared for a super cyclone Hagibis to hit the center of Tokyo megalopolis this weekend. Japan's railroad system has just released that it would suspend all transportation services around Tokyo and its surroundings for a considerable period of time on Saturday and Sunday. This is a serious alert that I've never experienced.
