Almost twenty years before, I lived in the southern region of Chicago, where every week murder or manslaughter occurred around at a corner of avenue and street. I had never seen any choppers fly over a place of an incident. Meanwhile, here in Tokyo, a murder is a news. Japan is still counted as a safe country, which is changing worse day by day.
