A very strong high-pressure system has stalled over the Great Tokyo Area during these five days. It goes up to almost 90 degrees F that is a record-breaking high temperature in May. I have never experienced such a high temperature for five consecutive days in May these ten years. Is this a welcome shower for President Trump who comes to pay a visit to Tokyo tomorrow?
