It is really cold this morning in Tokyo. It is rainy and icy. I've never experienced chilly spring like this here on around the end of April. The Gov't health alert system notifies that the flue season has not ended and is still going on from the north to the west regions of Japan including Tokyo. Are we in winter yet?
