Praise Lord! I've got my paper accepted to IEEE CEC 2019, Wellington, NZ. What a nice news it is after finishing fasting on Ash Wednesday! Actually, this is my first time to send a paper to that great congress for computational intelligence study. And, I had just handed it in before my eye surgery. It is a nice news. Thank God, Praise Lord!
