In the midnight, before the dawn, a very much strange quake occurred only in the very center of Tokyo right under the Imperial Palace and three regions of Tohoku area. The magnitude of the quake is very much small around 3.4, and its epi center was very much far from Tokyo, that was under the deep sea of Ise area, where there was no quake felt therein. It's a very much rare type of a quake, that happens sometimes during these two years. But, it is really strange.
