This Sunday mass is very much impressive, especially on its preach, that was given by a Seminarian who comes from the Philippines to Japan. He gave a preach in before before the entire community on behalf of the chief priest of our church. He commenced with a remark to today's psalm at first; actually he himself was the psalmist for today's mass and it was really awesome. The first reading is an excerpt from a Lord's suffering servant description. He showed how firm and steadfastly that servant held the faith given by the Lord. Next, he chewed the second reading that is from Jacob's letter; the faith should be always accompanied with deeds. Finally, he talked about today's gospel and described for us who and what is Christ, not a trans-passing king of earthly or perishable things but an eternal glorious king on the heaves, who only loves us and willingly accept sacrifices and sufferings on behalf of us. He concluded his preach with the following phrase: "We are anguished in the middle of loving others, because we love them. Only God helps and supports us to keep loving others by His grace, Amen". This closing was really awesome and straight; I'm very much impressed. His talk was simple and straight and concise and powerful. We are very much proud of him and thank God for His gift to all of us. Seminarian Ronald, "Roni", has just stayed in Japan for one year and a half this fall.
