Japan's meteo authority has raised up the lelvel of tsunami alert for Chile's big quake that happened yesterday. Actually, even in Tokyo bay, several cargo vessels gave up reaching the cargo area due to the tsunami. I've not imagned such a far-away quake could make this great impact on around here.
