Japan's bishops gathered at an assembly in Tokyo this week and talked about the mass canon reform according to the Holy See's decree. Do they change it again, really? I believed it is a third time to alter the ritual after the second Vatican Council.


Oh Lord please help us not to face frequent changes of your Holy Mass anyhow. It might be better to go back to the sixteenth century Trident Mass, and just be patient of anything going on before the alter rather than changing something year by year.


Localization is necessary, but frequent localization of the canon mass puts the church into a chaos actually. Please give us more time to get informed of the current ritual. Hope we have more time before changes.
