I've just finished a review of a paper that my friend has forwarded to me last night. It discusses on a topic that crosses logic and optimization. It is really strange a paper that asserts outperformance of a method in comparison with two very much old approaches that are well known in the area of optimization. I have no idea on the reason that such an out-of-dated topic has been discussed without any updated information on the compared approaches. Actually, you are very easy to compete with a seventeen-year-old approach with your new proposal. Sometimes something strange happens.
