Japan and India are going to have a joint naval drill next year. This news has me remember what a '90s terrorist, Shoko Asahara, wrote in his pamphlet. In my high school days, one of my friends brought it to me. That cult leader wrote in 1994 that the two countries would have a military treaty against China in 2018.

Actually, at that time I had noticed such that choice near future, because China's new economic growth would fuel its expansion into the South for India and the East for Japan. It was very easy to suspect such the option for India and Japan as the situation during the second World War was suggestive to history. Probably, Japan's government will make an agreement of arms control and export with India, soon. That decision should surely make a stimulus into the relations among three countries. It might be very near future.
