The Magnificat we read commences with "My soul proclaims the greatness of the Lord, my spirit rejoices in God my Savior for he has looked with favor on his lowly servant." It is not easy to agree with the following words of hers: "From this day all generations will call me blessed: the Almighty has done great things for me, and holy is his Name." Saint Mary became pregnant before she got married with Saint Joseph. How come she could be so obedient to the notice of the archangel?

Today, I was really pleased to know why she could have got rejoiced with the visitation of the angel. She has become pregnant without notice. It was the Almighty Father's great right hand that brought such that miracle to her. It was the beginning of her difficulty days without doubt. Finally, it led her toward the Glory of the Lord. Inside the tomb, His body had disappeared. Where was the glory? The glory had been already brought onto the Heavens. Great things are always brought for you without notice on your side. In my case, someone lets me know that my action has had great impact onto my enemies and forced them to follow laws. I've never noticed that fact until today. As lawyer, I am very much pleased to find that a small stone I threw into a pond has made a great wave against them. That is the Glory of the Lord. Only the Almighty knows what comes next in the world. All we can do is just to praise His Glory and thank Him.

He has mercy on those who fear him
 in every generation.
He has shown the strength of his arm,
he has scattered the proud in their conceit.
He has cast down the mighty from their thrones,
and has lifted up the lowly.
He has filled the hungry with good things,
and the rich he has sent away empty.
He has come to the help of his servant Israel
for he remembered his promise of mercy,
the promise he made to our fathers,
to Abraham and his children forever.
