Casino-free zones are discussed in Tokyo and/or Osaka by not a small number of the members of the Japan's parliament. An official campaign is based on the coming 2020 Olympics that bring many travelers to Japan, who would like to enjoy such a kind of amusement. The Government is also positive on the idea from the point of deregulation. I'm very much against the casino-free zoning. In Asian countries, Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, casino has been one of the most seductive places which absorb money from the poor. Humans are not only irrational on gamble but also unreasonable. Casino would trigger the poor to fall in the worse situation.
