You cannot get tax refund for your shopping at the Prague Airport when you fly for London. I've never heard it. The UK is not a Schengen country and included in the EU. This complex relation makes such a strange custom rule between two countries. Anyway, I would buy something in London before my departure. That's fine because I enjoy light baggage during my moving in the country.
