I'm just sending some acceptance letters to authors of IEEE SMC 2012. This is one of happy hours: sending a positive email to somebody. I really feel bad to email of rejection; actually papers should not have been handed in at the moment. Including me, authors are hasten to produce something new, though it still needs improvement. It takes time and needs patience to compile something nice and readable. I have learnt this from HFL at CUHK, this year. Even I am forty, still have very much to know and learn. Hope authors not receiving letters within one week may have opportunities to know that.
