1) I graduated and earned my PhD 23 years ago.

    Who said "This is affecting his graduation requirements."?

     Don't spread false rumors about my graduation behind my back.

    I'm a New York lawyer. You know that. ;

2) I checked your PDF file  '22 CSAIA-131' 


    I attached its error reports to this email.

   Who compiled such a terrible PDF file? ;

3) I have already discussed this matter with Ms. XXXXXXXXXX at IEEE.

   Do you have any explanation regarding this?

Dear XXXXX,

For Paper #XX, perhaps we could provide more information regarding the situation and ask the IEEE team to help replace the current version.Please find the correct version attached. 

The version currently published does not match the author’s original paper, which means the author is unable to provide the correct publication materials to his university. This is affecting his graduation requirements.

In addition, the paper has already been published online and assigned a DOI. Therefore, the author cannot simply submit the correct version to another conference, as it would likely be considered a duplicate publication or fail the similarity check.

Given these circumstances, we sincerely hope IEEE could consider replacing the current PDF with the correct version as an exceptional case. We would greatly appreciate IEEE’s assistance in resolving this issue.

Thank you for your clarification. We fully understand IEEE’s policy regarding post-publication edits.

May we kindly ask whether it would be possible to issue an erratum/corrigendum for the formatting error in the published version?

Since the current version contains an error, we are concerned that leaving it unchanged on IEEE Xplore may affect the value and proper presentation of the paper.
