My paper that was presented at The 14th International Conference on Innovations in Bio-Inspired Computing and Applications (IBICA 2023) has been finally published from Springer Nature in its lecture notes. They have not described any reasons why the book title including my paper and others was delayed in the publication process. We presented papers on December 2023 and submitted everything including a copyright contract and a final camera ready file. What happened during almost one year and a half long? I emailed to Springer Nature for asking them to describe the situation on going. Every time they apologized to me and didn't provide me with any detail on the situation. Something has changed in the publication process of the Company during the Covid-pandemic era. I guess that you would face a similar situation like ours often from now on in academia. We live in a very difficult time that you have never experienced before. It is a sad.
